Scope of Work
We are proud to have been appointed as the Asbestos Removal specialist on this iconic Grade II redevelopment project. Steeped in history, the end user, Far East Consortium is dedicated to preserving this North London landmark development for the future.
The redevelopment includes restoration of Grade II listed Town Hall to provide : new Art Centre/Cinema/Event Space, Refurbishment of Town Hall Square (outdoor event & community space) , Creation of new working hub / Hotel, New residential apartments.
Our scope of works includes the full removal, encapsulation and decontamination of this Grade II Listed redevelopment.
